To provide you with a special personalised service. To assist you along the way in making decisions throughout the build and to be the man on the site that is working and safeguarding your biggest asset.
Will you help me design a home?
We can refer you to a variety of people so that you can get your design underway and all your drawings as required by council. We generally don’t get involved in the design phase although we are happy to provide input and assistance during the building phase on either materials or concepts.
Will variations cost me?
This depends on what has been altered. Generally speaking if you delete an item you get money back, reposition an item, then no cost and if you add an item then there may be a cost involved. We will ensure that any variation is done at the most cost-effective way of doing it and it is approved by you as the client before we proceed.
Can we make alterations after we start to build?
Generally yes. This is dependent on what it is that you want to do, will it affect the rest of the home and at what stage is the construction. There is a variation fee charged due to the necessary paperwork that is required.
How long will it take to build our new home?
This greatly depends on market conditions with the availability of trades, labour and materials outside of builders control affecting the timeframe. However we have a good team of tradesman that we can call on plus we do a lot of the work ourselves as builders. We don’t take on more work than we can handle.
